DisputeDash is chargeback automation built by ecommerce operators, for ecommerce operators. No black box. No cut of your recovery. No demo-ware. Just the tool we needed — running in production long before we ever sold it to anyone.
DisputeDash didn't start as a startup. It started as an internal tool for a multi-brand ecommerce company handling thousands of chargebacks per month. Every evidence type, every integration, every edge case in the pipeline — all of it was built and tested on real disputes, real deadlines, real money.
We weren't trying to build a product. We were trying to stop losing disputes we should have won — and stop burning hours every day doing it by hand. So we automated the whole thing: evidence gathered, packaged, and submitted without anyone touching it. When the system hit an 87% win rate across 15 brands, we started thinking about who else had the same problem.
Turns out: a lot of people. That's DisputeDash. Not VC-funded automation built for demos. Merchant-built infrastructure that was already working before we sold it to anyone.
Every design decision in DisputeDash comes back to four things we felt strongly about as merchants ourselves.
The whole industry submits evidence in your name and never shows you what it sent. We think that's backwards. Every packet is visible before it ships, and you can edit anything in it — or take the case over entirely.
We charge a flat monthly fee — never a percentage of your recovery. When DisputeDash wins a dispute back for you, every dollar of it is yours. Our incentives don't get better when your losses get bigger.
Full autopilot when you want it, full control the moment you need it. Edit any rebuttal letter, swap any piece of evidence, tune the config per reason code — or let it run untouched. Your call, every time.
We ran the brands. We felt the losses and the wasted afternoons. We answer to merchants because we are one — not to a board that wants us to take a bigger cut of what you recover.
The category is full of managed black boxes that take a cut. We built the opposite on purpose.
DisputeDash is built and run by a small group of ecommerce operators and engineers. The operators spent years fighting chargebacks across a portfolio of brands. The engineers built the pipeline that finally automated it end to end.
We're deliberately small — close to the product, close to the merchants using it, and fast to fix what's broken. There's no call center between you and the people who actually build DisputeDash.
Years running multi-brand DTC — we've lived on the wrong side of a chargeback deadline.
The evidence pipeline, carrier and processor integrations, and Radar were all built in-house.
You talk to the people building the product — not a support tier three layers removed.
Your order data and evidence are handled with encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access per workspace, and a full audit trail on every action.
How we handle your dataQuestions about the product, a migration, or working with us? You'll reach the people who build DisputeDash — not a queue.
